DCA's article in Railway Interiors International magazine

DCA's recent article in Railway Interiors International magazine outlines our four core principles for the delivery of successful transportation design projects.
These are:
• The identification, management and mitigation of significant project risks
• The development and application of a comprehensive project plan
• The true in-house integration of the full range of skills required to deliver such projects
• The use of passenger research to provide the evidence that informs our design decisions.
In this article we use a number of examples from previous projects delivered by DCA's transportation team under the leadership of our Transportation Sector Manager, Paul Rutter, to illustrate how these principles can be applied to deliver genuinely groundbreaking work such as SNCB's M6 double-deck trains.
