We’ve recently expanded our in-house rapid prototyping capability, with the installation of the latest Projet 3500 HDMax 3D printer in our dedicated laboratory facilities.
Adding to our existing Projet and Dimension machines, this latest model allows us to build prototype parts at the highest possible resolution over a larger build area. These rapid prototyping machines are integrated with our other workshop facilities to provide a fast, flexible, high quality in-house model making and prototyping service.
The Projet technology is unique and both our machines are able to produce parts to an accuracy of 0.025mm, which is essential for the high precision design and development work we undertake. Builds are run every evening, providing functional rigs, prototype parts and test fixtures which can be assessed and utilised the very next day.
