DCA and RB win two Good Design awards for Veet and Scholl

DCA is delighted to announce that in collaboration with RB’s R&D and global design management teams, they have won two of this year’s prestigious 2015 GOOD DESIGN® Awards. One for Veet Spawax and one for Scholl Velvet Smooth (Amope Pedi Perfect in USA).
Veet Spawax is a professional quality stripless wax warming system that melts the wax and maintains it at the perfect temperature, giving salon-perfect results at home.
The Scholl Velvet Smooth Foot File is an electronic foot file that effectively removes hard skin on the foot. The device features a fast rotating micralumina head that makes easy work of hard skin, exfoliating the foot through a gentle and safe rotating action. The foot file comes with a replaceable head for up to 12 treatments. Skin is left smooth and soft after application.
Founded in 1950 by Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames and Edgar Kaufmann Jr, the Chicago Athenaeum GOOD DESIGN Awards programme is one of the oldest and most prestigious for design excellence worldwide. For 2015, the Museum received submissions from several thousand of the world’s leading manufacturers and industrial and graphic design firms from around the world representing the most important and critical mass of influential corporations worldwide in the design industry from over 47 countries.
